Meet the Staff
Henry Allen Nursery School is staffed by highly experienced and well-qualified teachers and early years educators. They are all specialists in early years education and dedicated to making your child's experience at Henry Allen happy, fun , exciting, and active, whilst also ensuring they are safe and secure, and all their development needs are met.
At Henry Allen Nursery, we recognise how unique each child is; no two children learn and develop in exactly the same way, and all progress at different rates. Each and every child is valued, and no concern is too small. Please talk to us about any aspect of your child’s welfare, wellbeing or development; by working together the results will have a positive impact on your child’s development and learning.
We start our journey together with a home visit from your child's key person. Staff use this as the first opportunity to make a special relationship with your child and you, which is then continued on a daily basis with opportunities to chat at drop-off, pick-up and also termly parent consultations.
"Children are happy and safe at Henry Allen. Staff build strong and caring relationships with the children. They provide consistently positive and encouraging support so that children develop well, both academically and pastorally. One parent expressed the views of others when they said, ‘The staff are amazing. They make a real effort with every child."
